Hello great city,
Salutations to all!  How are members of this fine organization doing.
We have had some intresting city reunions that turned out like a wasted
city holiday.  This only means that we are at our best and are more
powerful than ever( LONG ISLAND ICE-TEAS).  We will build this as a
steping stone for our future.  I have foreseen great opportuities and
advancement for our future. We shall change the way and rate people
party forever.
I have been thinking about having wasted city residents.  They will not
compare with board members,  but that is nearly impossible and takes a
long time.  Wasted city residents will be almost like board members in
training.  This is a way we can expand the city at a faster pace while
insureing the quality that this city was founded does not fall short.
When they have finished this "training" they they will be voted on as we
have done in the past along with thier  well known-not to be forgotten, induction.
This has idea came to me when I was with The Dept. of Digusting in the
lake.  I thought what if we were all to go!  As terrible as it sounds
this city cannot stop with us!
We will prevail!
This is only the begining.  The mayor has more ideas to come
Just as well anyone with any other thoughts or suggestions, let them be
known as soon as possible.  Please forward this message to all other
board members that are not on this list
